GardenScape 2012 Exhibitor Application Now Available!
GardenScape, the Rochester Flower Show, celebrates 20 years of being the premier garden show in the Rochester metro area, and one of the top-rated shows in the Northeast. Over 20,000 people attend the annual show, to view the display gardens, attend instructional seminars and special events, plus view the offerings of the Gardener's Marketplace.
Approximately 20 large landscaped displays are located in the Dome Arena. The adjacent Minett Hall holds 80 to 100 smaller booths for vendors and non-profit organizations. GardenScape attendees are interested in garden and home improvement products and services, and come to the show to get ideas, meet potential suppliers, ask questions and make purchases. Show attendees are looking for:
- garden tools & accessories
- decorative items
- books & art
- services, including landscaping
To Potential Exhibitors
Vendors wishing to participate at GardenScape should apply early, as a high percentage of exhibitor positions are filled by satisfied vendors from previous years. It is not unusual for positions to be filled 4 months in advance of the March show. Exhibits are divided into 4 categories. Please see the exhibitor application details and download the form.
To GardenScape Visitors
GardenScape's display gardens reflect the cutting edge of design and construction regarding plant material, hardscapes such as stonework and structures, as well as water features. GardenScape Professionals Association member firms plan and produce the gardens, and are on-hand to answer your questions. The vendors in Minett Hall provide a broad array of material and service offerings, including garden accessories, plants, and home improvements. You can be confident of finding quality items and experienced service providers among GardenScape vendors.
